Every relevant trail page shows National Trust places to stay in the surrounding region, with historic cottages, homesteads and heritage bed and breakfast properties, distances, booking links and suggested overnight itineraries.

The first trail and stay packages launch with the Victorian Goldfields pilot, pairing the Ballarat to Bendigo route with nearby Trust accommodation, a simple proof of concept before the model expands nationally.

Members and donors receive booking benefits, including a National Trust member discount.
